Hi. I'm back from THE WORST training ever. I totally died. No wait, I'm still dead. Whatever.
Coach got mad at I have no idea what and made us run 7 rounds round the track. SHIT. I learned again the importance and significance of staying with the group when doing these kinds of endurance running. The group gives you power! And screaming 1,2,3 does too :D And I thought we did 6 rounds only, but turns out we did 7. And then after that coach batted fly balls to us for us to catch. And I caught not a single one. Gee, how amusing. Shut up. I'm really tired.
Yesterday I went for a morning run:D And my mum decided to tag along and made me late and then made me stop-.-! SO TOOT! So I stopped like.. 5 times? Cos of my mum, and after the ten-minute mark I got super tired and just had to stop. And another time I stopped cos of my mum but I jogged on the spot HEE:D I was supposed to do a 20 minute run. But because at the last part I was kind of sprinting I totally died so I just hecked and clocked in at 18 mins:) Following that, I went home and sat at my dining table and died. Then I pushed myself to do my 60 situps:( In front of

And I totally died. I think because of my running. I couldn't do 40-20 again. SIGH:( And then the rest of my workout. Anyway, then I went to shower:D SIGH! I thought: I will probably never ever do endurance running as part of my workout programme ever again until coach tortured us today :@
So now my calves really hurt. Anyway today's training really sucked. So I'm off to slack now.
