I just watched a documentary about this female meerkat being raped. Weird? It was like, (her name was Flower, by the way, and she had this necklace around her neck so she was obviously being monitored) Flower had this huge-mongous family with Zac or something. And then Zac wanted to mate with her but she wasn't ready.

Then Zac disappeared somewhere when Flower was ready to mate, and when she gave off her mating scent, he wasn't there but another male Magnus was and wanted to mate with her. So Zac couldn't protect Flower and was frantically trying to find her. But he was also being hunted by her family...? So when he finally found her, her family found him too and chased him.

I don't know if Flower got raped in the end, though. Can animals even get raped? I didn't even know they could kiss and have relationships(which, apparently, they can). How weird is that? I thought they all just anyhow mate with everybody? They all look the same.
